How To Book

We will confirm the booking upon receipt of your booking request and a deposit of £100.

Payment and deposit

We ask for a £100 deposit to be paid on booking. We will always endeavor to return the deposit within 7 days after your holiday, providing no damage has been incurred. General wear and tear will not be charged.

The full balance is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. If you are booking less than 6 weeks in advance, then full payment will be required on booking. Confirmation of booking will be given once the deposit has been paid. Payment can be done via PayPal or bank transfer (if this is not possible please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method). If the balance is not received on time we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the Deposit.

Booking Cancellations:

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your booking. Upon notification of cancellation, any deposits received will be returned as soon as possible. However, the closer the cancellation is to the start of your booking, the less likely we are to recover the full cost of your booking by re-selling the accommodation. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as your start date approaches.

Cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival date: 100% Refund

Cancellation up to 1 week prior to arrival date: 50% Refund

Cancellation less that 1 week prior to arrival date: 25% Refund

We reserve the right to cancel the booking anytime in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In these unlikely circumstances we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking. We do not operate any scheme of cancellation or travel insurance and you should obtain your own insurance cover for the holiday.


If you have any cause for complaint during your stay at Finca Margarita please notify us and we will make all reasonable efforts to assist and resolve the issue.

Lost Property / Damages

We shall not be responsible for loss or damage to any of your belongings or for any injuries sustained by you or any of your guests.

Your Obligations

You agree to keep the property and its contents in the same condition and repair as on your arrival to the property, and to fulfill any payments upon written demand any costs incurred in making good any loss or damage to the property or its contents caused by your action or omission or that of any guest or animal accompanying you. No pet is permitted on the property other than those agreed with us in the booking process.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking and to terminate this Agreement and ask you and your guests to leave immediately if this is deemed necessary.

Provided Services

Electricity / Water / Gas: Electricity, water and adequate amounts of bottled gas are included free of charge. In the winter, logs will also be provided free of charge to heat the guest accommodation using the woodburning stoves. Please be aware however that all Costa Blanca visitors, not just ours, are kindly asked to avoid wasting water.

Cleaning: The Finca and the bedrooms will have been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Daily maid service is not included, however a fresh set of bed linen can be provided for stays of over one week in duration. Cleaning and washing facilities (including washing machine & eco-friendly washing powder) are available for all guests during their stay.

Food: Breakfasts are included in the price for each night booked at Finca Margarita. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform us in sufficient time before your arrival and we will do our best to cater for you. Other meals may be purchased during your stay with us provided you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Data Protection

All personal data provided to us at Finca Margarita will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act. We will keep your personal data safe and secure.

We will not share it with other organisations without your knowledge and consent, unless required by law to do so.
